... of country but still made an effort, all taking out our new leather cowboy boots for their first outing. Started on broadway and tried a few of the bars, all packed for a Monday night with live country music but all full of older people in their own groups. Found a nice rooftop bar that overlooks the whole of broadway. Ended up somehow sat on road blocks next to a building site with a few beers and wanging them into the skip. We concluded we don't like country ...

... lap tray almost touching your face because the person in front of you decides to lay back to sleep.

Honestly, I felt pretty good when we landed at 6:30 a.m. New Zealand time. I'm not sure how much you sleep, there's still that jet lag thing that makes you feel odd and your stomach doesn't know if it's hungry or not. We got our luggage went through customs, then got a tax to the Copthorne Hotel in Viaduct Harbor to start our adventure.
