    ... The next stop after this was nearby Boulder. Boulder is nestled amongst the feet of the Rockies and home to the huge University of Colorado. The creeks which wind through boulder make for a great place to walk around and the downtown boasts many bars, breweries, cafés and restaurants to keep yourself occupied with.     Instead we headed to the American Mountaineering Museum. The exhibit was rather small in size, but the amount of information was amazing. They had a scaled replica of Mt. Everest, and our friendly guide discussed the various routes and attempts that have been made up the mountain.
