While listening to my most favorite song at the moment (Turtle, by Alana Davis), I've realized my trip has BEGUN!!!! It wasn't real until now. I'm sitting at my seat on my way to JFK airport, waiting for my dinner, and I don't really have much to say except that my excitement is finally here. No worrying, no doubting, just excitement. That's all for now. Sorry if you found this post boring, but sometimes you just gotta gloat. Love you ...

But the flight will be non-dramatic other that the almost deafening ...

Didn't get to Charleston yesterday as it wasn't too good weather wise and had a long journey today so we popped out locally. Went to Michael's (art & craft store) then after being told not to eat loads at lunch because we were eating out that evening we ended up going to Golden Corral. Well for $7.99 I wasn't just eating a plate of salad. I had a plate and a half of meat - different types of chicken, some beef and some chinese style pork. Then I ...

... brought our camping supplies but didn't need them at all. The fridge is tiny so it doesn't make sense to bring too many groceries. The freezer was actually quite generous, we could have brought more frozen items and less fresh ones. You will need a second cooler with ice in it, which you need to replenish every day. All campsites have ice machines. When traveling in March, bring jackets for everyone. Some days were boiling hot and others were quite ...
