... it’s interesting to see and really puts the Rocky Mountains into perspective.

By the time we reached Hill City, Kansas, we were ready for some lunch and Yelp led us to a really great place called Red’s Family Restaurant. They claimed to be famous for their pan-fried chicken and we were lucky enough to arrive on pan-fried chicken buffet day. We got the salad bar, buffet, and dessert for $8. Not bad ...

... mural on the side of the museum, Cas was entranced by it too.

I hope Cas likes learning about the humans' history; I'm a human myself, and I know I do. I wouldn't mind going to an angel museum one day, if there even is such a thing, probably not. ...

I've given up hope for Kansas to become flat like everyone told me. I don't know what to expect from Missouri. I'm at my halfway point through Kansas though. I found a city park where they offer free overnight camping. There is also a city pool up the hill. Since there are no showers in the park, I used the pool's showers. This is a really small town, so I stick out. I had a few teenage boys making a fuss over ...
