So I told them I would leave my camera with them so they would know I would come back l, and I would find an atm and pay them for the drinks. 20 mins later I finally found a working atm ( first 2 were broken) thankfully walmart came through for us. ... of Colorado Springs. We are staying here as it is at the foot of Pike's Peak. Town has a charming historic district with small shops, restaurants and art galleries which we will have to try to visit.

Had dinner at a local restaurant called the Mason Jar. We both had rainbow trout. It was good (but not as good as mine.

We are having a lovely 5 days R&R at the Microtel Inn and Suites.
We were hoping to ride Pikes Peak today but they have had significant snow falls since Tuesday.
