    I'm jumping ahead of the July 3rd entry (which I haven't written yet). We survived the "red-eye" flight from Seattle and now we have four "exciting" hours in the Detroit airport. For reasons she didn't explain but is not surprising, Rox wanted to head to the gate for the final flight which is a LONG way from any food or free Internet access.     I had a partner for my run this morning! Uncle Art and I took a 6 mile loop around Clawson (he biked, I ran). He showed me the old Kelley-boy household (4 brothers) and their old high school. We even went by “8-mile” road, as in Eminem’s 8-mile. Sweet. It was the first decent, long-ish run I'd had in awhile. I even have some new kicks. This was the perfect way to begin our trip!     ... It's rather beautiful here at the moment as all the leaves are turning so lots of Autumn colours. Apparently it only lasts a short time as once they have turned they all drop off and Noelle reckons it looks really bleak.
