      ... energy. All our conversations are so loaded with conscious thought and openness, it's such a stimulating environment to be in.
      We have been working hard outside to harvest all the crops and prepare the farm for the winter. I have had a chance to try a lot of new things such as angle-grinding, felling trees and beginning work on the construction of a new veranda.

      ... 170 pounds of sweet potato, more than 200 pounds of pumpkin and around 5 milk crates of capsicum and tomatoes. These will be cured and preserved to feed everyone over winter. In the morning before work I am doing a fitness program with a couple of the other workers, then after work we do yoga and some meditation.
      All this coupled with the healthy food we're eating is making me feel great; full of energy and strength.

      ... skis we did wonder if the guy would just bomb off ahead anyway. Having checked that he also had a beacon switched on we dropped in with care. Applying the standard rules on days like this, keep regrouping, yoyo your way down the slope, avoid exposed open sections, ski smoothly and stick to the oldest trees that you can find.
