We thought we would stay the night in Memphis but it really didn't look too good so we carried on to Little Rock, Arkansas and the La Quinta hotel. It was quite late and all that was around the hotel was fast food but it was too cold to walk far so we settled for a sandwich at Jimmy Johns across the road then back to room to watch a little TV, driving is tiring when you're ...

As we made eye contact, we both started laughing. He quickly terminated the call, and said he knew what I was thinking. ...

... a bit monotonous as TN is a very wide state, finally into AR where the scenery begins to change, things get a bit more arid, sandy, less green. Arrived at our friend Andy's house early evening. Andy is a long time friend of mine and Kristina's who moved from NC a couple years ago. Was nice to visit, catch up and share some beers and some ...

... It's expansive and never ending and could see for miles. Double lunch. On days where we go more than 90 miles or it's over 90 degrees we have a second lunch. So our first lunch was at mile 44 and second lunch was 72. After second lunch we still had about 30 miles to go. Kim and I decided to pretend that second lunch was really first lunch and we weren't exhausted and we only had 30 miles to go. Peaches from Arkansas. My peaches that I got yesterday from that ...
