... is pretty stable with the occasional boulder to evade.

The difficulty with the hike is that the caves are so dark that any light is quickly absorbed by the cave. It is very surreal, it felt like a strange mix between re-entering the womb and half expecting Indiana Jones to come careening around a corner being chased by a giant boulder.

I grabbed a bowl of clam chowder, and sat at a window overlooking the water not too far away.


But enough of Pike Place, I didn't like it too much. Walking around here may be great for people who love to stop and look at little trinkets and doodads that they are comfortable looking at though they know they'll never buy it. Not so much a thing ...
