... well. The funny part was that it was HOT and muggy all day, than when it came time to meet them at the VIP gate, the clouds parted, gates opened, and it poured rain on us. HEAVY rainfall.

We finally got backstage and they were able to do a quick meet and greet and see the tour bus, after which we went to the back stage area. I did a quick tour of the stage, showing them the trusses, ...

... a call from the school we were visiting after our break. Apparently there was some minor miscommunication and the school thought we were supposed to be there 10 minutes before. We were right up the street from them, so we pulled up and John jumped inside to do his program. It was a small crowd, but the students were fantastic and really pumped up about the circus. It's getting to the point now where John's so comfortable with his program that he can change it up ...

The Chapter Services team was reunited in Indianapolis to make the trek to Jacksonville, Illinois to conquer our fears and experience real-life ghost hunting first-hand. We visited an abandoned opera house as well as an abandoned apartment complex downtown. It was mind-boggling to be opened up to an experience that I had always made a mockery of before. Cool stuff!

... had chilled in the room fridge for a couple of days. We fished around in our (3 days forgotten about) cooler bag (okay, turns out it's not a cooler bag, Mom got it confused with Joe's goggle bag and well, turns out they're not really interchangeable) looking for something to enjoy with it.
