Darkness has settled over the mountains now. But there are still kiddo voices ringing out, along with rapid footsteps. I think there's a passel of boys in the rooms above me. And their patient parents. Nature sounds abound. And all is right with the world.

... Before we had communion, Joe washed our feet, portraying the message Jesus left for the disciples to carry on. This worship was a great closing to the week. After worship ended, and we were ready to watch Surf's Up. We watched it, laughing along the way. When the movie was finished, Joe declared it time for bed, and we were happy to. ... to Antler Hill Village & Winery. The Biltmore Winery building. originally the Biltmore Dairy Barn. We did the wine tasting and they make some very good wine. We walked through the shops in the village before leaving the property. I have wanted to visit Biltmore for many years so I can now check that off my list.
