    The Plan
    What we have booked today is zip lining in the morning when its not so hot then white water rafting in the afternoon when the heat is on then return to the camp site for a relaxing evening next to the fire with a cold bottle of wine .

    ... It lasts about 6 months even with washings. Of course, Deet is the still the best anti mosquito repellant.

    I will be putting together a First Aid Kit --- bandAids, anti bacterial wipes, Immodium, Pepto Bismol, bug spray, Aspirin, neosporin -- maybe some more little items.

    So we need a new backpack. Have to find the largest carryon size so that we can take sufficient clothes. Tried Tortuga, but the reviews say the seams and zipper break....Not good. So back to REI for an Osprey backpack. Now to figure out what to take.....

    Cheryl ordered the special which was grilled Atlantic Swordfish, Oscar style. It was a swordfish filet covered with lump crab and béarnaise sauce along with grilled asparagus. Sounded good. I opted for Bluefin tuna Mediterranean cous cous, broccolini, fennel citrus salad and olive tapenade. Wow. Say that three time fast.
