I started the day with a drive from Youngstown, OH to lovely Punderson State Park. By the way, state parks are awesome-- each one has its own lovely surprise, plus at Punderson I got a free chocolate chip cookie from the Punderson Porch ladies, plus a beautiful hike and a hot shower for free. The longest part of the drive seemed to be from the interstate to Adrian, which turned out to be a lot larger city than we anticipated. We managed to miss the entrance to the campground and had to drive some distance before we could find a spot to turn around. Setting up was warm, with temperatures at or very near ...

Oh, and I can't forget about the pickle: with each order, you get the choice of a "new" pickle, crunchy cucumbery, or the "old" pickle, garlic-cured traditional. We both chose the old pickle, and it was delicious!
