... pf us - which was amazing... Once again ate too much, not sure I'll need to eat now until I arrive in Gaspé in 24 hours time (ha, who am I kidding?!). Planned to meet Graham at his conference centre just next to the station, but got stuck in traffic to went straight there. Said goodbye to Elwyn, honestly loved spending time with him! Will be keeping him updaed with my running progress... Turns out Graham thought ahead and was waiting at the station for me, so said goodbye to ...

Did not hear Roddy come in but did hear the pre-dawn call to prayer. Got up c 0530 for some ablutions. The Republic [of Ireland] lost 3-1 to Croatia in the nightcap so no joy in Dublin today.

Roddy wasn't sure he'd put his pix into a book. Since he is only seeing Istanbul and Ephesus on this trip, I suggested he call it A Slice of Turkey which he liked.

Walked with Roddy to the Sultanahmet tram stop. Both agreed it was a great 72H in Istanbul ...

... show you another film and so it goes on. I guess eating, listening and watching is all you can practically do with a plane full of passengers.

We arrived at Pearson International airport Toronto on time. Passport control was mobbed there must have been half a dozen other flights all wanting to get through. Saturday night is obviously the night everyone wants to come to Canada. Dave was waiting patiently ...
