I had to bounce the Dodge over a drain to get out onto the road, but she made it in fine style and we headed for the town. No sooner than we had got into the local supermarket when Mumsie checked her phone and had a missed call - Jasmin and Greg had seen enough and were waiting for us - so we shot back to the fair and managed to pick them up just before it piddled down with ...

Our last day was pretty nice. The weather was a cool, breezy 60's and sunny. In the morning I rode my bike into town, over the new drawbridge, past the harbor, and by the beach, all in one big loop. Overall it probably adds about 12 miles to my total.

... was not very interesting to me. I didn't know anyone there, and everyone was (of course) either younger than 10 or older than 17. Grandma had fun, though, meeting many cousins and second cousins whom she never knew. I don't know if I included this in my previous blog but, Grandma's last remaining aunt passed away Friday morning. The funeral is wednesday and we are considering staying an extra night so we can go.

... I got mine, my brother's and my dad's souvenirs last year. We also got some really good coffee at one of the shops. We walked through Two Rivers, bringing back memories to my grandmother and her sisters. We snacked on ice cream for lunch, saving room for Fish Fryday for dinner. Fish Fryday is a Two Rivers tradition every Friday.

We stopped at a restaurant called VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars) for dinner. I tried Pike! Honestly I ...
