    ... Clemente which is another city in Orange County, midway between Los Angeles and San Diego, where they used to live before. San Clemente is a really nice beach town and home to many beautiful houses and apartments facing the ocean (usually with white fašades). There are also tons of good restaurants at San Clemente Pier. Generally the town has a very relaxing atmosphere. We walked along the beach as well as observed some beginning surfers from the pier.

    ... as I have said this is a city of such differences so I shouldn't really be surprised. This is not reflected in the realty, mind you. Apparently, a bedsit in Venice Beach or a small one bedroom shack is around the $1 million mark, so it's definitely not for the poor!     ... but picking up the hire car is anything but. It takes an age to find out where to pick up the car, an age to check-in and when we get to our "Jeep" it turns out to be a miniature version with no chance at all of holding even half of our luggage. 1 hour and $300 later, we have a very big, very ugly Chrysler Tahoe with room for a family of 7 (as well as our luggage).     Alrighty once I I got rid of that bloody car I made my way back to hollywood to explore the sights.
    i jumped on a hop on hop off bus and went for a drive around hollywood blvd, sunset strip and many other famous streets, I even got to see the famous chateau Marmont!!     ... I used some time to do research online and post some pictures on facebook. After that Cameron, Patrick and me grabbed a burger, fries and a hat at 'In and out burger' where they had only four items on the menu. They were really cheap and fast and you can refill sodas for free. After that we went to 'Off broadway shoe warehouse'. A massive shoe store with shoes way cheaper than you'd normally buy them for.
