It really is Super

Not knowing what to expect on our budget Motel choice my friend and I were very surprised and pleased. This Motel is just behind Bally's and it took us 4 mins to walk to the back door of Bally's, we could then walk through to the Strip or be in Paris in another 5 mins. Its a great location and has the advantage of being away from the madness of the strip

The service of the staff was 1st rate, they booked trips for us, they where polite and helpful.

It looks very average from the outside and the hallway, but the rooms are really clean, the bed so comfortable and cleaners friendly and funny.

The only disadvantage was the pool is in the car park and not very nice, but we used the Bally's pool they don't ask for your room number or anything. Their pool is great with a fab crowd and on your super 8 doorstep. Need a budget motel super 8 is the one.

Basic, but good value & close to strip

This place is an all right place to stay for those on a budget, who want to stay close to the Strip. No real Vegas atmosphere if you stay here though.

Would stay again

i've stayed here several times over the years. i've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. rooms have always been clean. small hot tub but it's in the parking lot. not attractive at all. good location right behind bally's - 5 minute walk to the strip. i have noticed that the price has been going up steadily. i've paid up to $75/night. anything above that, i may look else where.

Good value off strip

We were somewhat scared about what we'd find at the super 8, since the price was pretty cheap. We were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were a decent size and clean. Comfy beds. The maids were happy to give an extra pillow. Front desk people were friendly. we used the safety boxes at the desk for valuables with no problems. Even got up early our last morning and hit the hot tub in Feb. Food at Ellis Island next door was yummy and cheap.The walk to the strip was about 7 minutes. I would stay there again.

Friendly service? Not by the management...

My first impression of this motel was clearly pleasant. We arrived on Dec, 30th trying to find a place for just one night since our plane back to Germany would leave the other day. The employees at the counter were quite helpful, required my credit card to hold the room and promised, I would get a non-smoking bedroom for one night.

When my pal and I arrived, James had left for the day. The receptionist now in charge said, they would only rent out rooms for a three-day-minimum due to New Year´s, which was something James clearly hasn´t told me. Since it was already late afternoon, we asked for the manager to get this situation clarified. She left the room while I was still talking to her!! We checked on the only room they would make available for us, which was a Smoking-room - the smell in there was disgusting! We asked them to provide us with the receipt to tear it as we never received any service from them. They said "oh no, your credit card won´t be charged".. Back in Germany, we had to find out that they indeed charged my credit card and we are now trying to get this money back.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! You better go to the Clarion nearby - inexpensive and capable employers.

Did you hear that????

The walls in this motel are VERY thin, i was woken up one moring by the person in the next room blowing their nose. The connecting door didn't seem too secure either and wasnt locked when we first arrived, so we ended up placing the chairs against it just to feel safe. Also cant understand why the sink is in the main part of the room and not in the bathroom where it should be??!!??

A very cool place to rest in

Hi. I'm 22 and we went to Vegas to celebrate my sis's 21 b-day. Well the rooms are clean and fresh compared to the heat outside, the ac works so good that it get's very cold. Small bathroom (didn't like that) but can't expect much from a motel. The lobby and hallways of the motel are gross, very dirty and smells like smoke, but the rooms are very diffrent clean basic stuff, bed, tv, sink, bathroom...Close walk to the strip not when it's hot though. Saturday night my friend got extremely drunk and none of the cabs wanted to pick us up so we had to walk from Margaritaville to the motel. Good price, fresh cool room, close to strip.. Good Value.. for people who are on a budget..Now if you want top notch accomodations stay at the Venetian..I know someday I will....Nah I'd rather spent it having fun drinking or something...Hope this helps...Bye

Great place to stay

Great place to base yourself. Clean, fairly cheap, pleasant staff and convinient for the strip. If you are on a budget, give this place a shot.

Great Clean Place To Stay!

A great place about one block from the strip! It's walking distance if it's not too warm outside!

I was so happy with the service, very friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. Pool is clean.

Can only check in at 3pm. The restaurant next door is smoky and very old, don't recommend.

What a value for a family or just you and your friends.

Great place to stay,wonderful food

After a really bad start to our trip we moved into this hotel and had a wonderful stay. The rooms are clean and the Casino/Restaurant attached to the building is great. The food is cheap and good size portions as well as Drinks at the bar are 1.00 no matter what you drink except if you want premium stovk and then its 2.00 or 2.50 depending on what you drink. They have the best ribs in town and are alot cheaper the Tony Romas. They provided free shittle to the airport on our day of departure and only 2 blocks from the main strip. I'm sure we will be back to this property and would tell any of our friends to stay there.
