After dozing off at one of the slot machines, I decided that I needed some sleep, and went back up, while Cha gleefully continued to gamble her money away. An hour and a half later, my alarm clock buzzed. Time to leave Las Vegas! I looked around and Cha isn't in the room yet... Grrrrr!

After grabbing all the little bathroom toiletries (they're so cute!), we headed back to the airport to start our long trip home.

... end. We ate at the hotel restaurant. The food was okay, but nothing to shout about. The weather was very hot, and the scenery around Las Vegas was very beautiful. We saw the Grand Canyon from our plane, and it was really impressive. Actually I had not been in the southwest for about 25 years so it was quite a change from my usual destinations. We weren't even in Las Vegas 48 hours!
