... I think we will definitely go back there while we travel. When we got back to the apartment I made crepes Nonna style, meaning a more egg crepe that becomes yellowy and rubbery, while Chris made a delicious Turkey salad using the leftover turkey, some veggies and Greek yogurt. Today we drove through the center of the park. We did a short trail walk in the afternoon and then headed to Clingman's dome (6643ft high) for sunset - around 5:30.
