Bleh.
Didn't like Kingston much. I liked the odd stores, and I bought clown socks at one place. The super 8 motel was horrible. I didn't really like the trip. But it was wonderful nonetheless because it was fun and new :)
Prologue
... br> Étape 4, tout réserver avion, hôtel, auto, cours de surf et plongée (sans sourciller quand on voit les prix)
Étape 5, attendre que le jour arrive : Boulot jusqu'à minuit vendredi, valises samedi matin, party de noël samedi soir, avio au lever du soleil dimanche pour finalement avoir la plage au coucher du soleil dimanche
Ce sera amusant, j'ai quand même déjà tout trouvé l'équipement nécessaire. C'est rare que je commence mes valises deux jours d'avance :)

Thousand Islands
... have thought that? Always thought it is a Caribbean invention. Apparently a woman on one of the islands invented it by accident. Ok, the commentary was a bit more important and talked about the first settlers, the British and of course the American boarder which is not far. Some buildings look very European in Kingston. It is a charming little town I thought where everybody knows everybody. It could have been better weather for the trip though.

Home to 1000 Islands Dressing
... Montreal, stopping at the local Walmart to check out the bargains (I mean bogans in the US, called Walmart people - their description), then through border control (much more friendly on the Canadian side). Apparently we have never been in Canada, as the customs in Quebec didn't stamp us in. Now we are officially in Canada and we arrive at our home stay some 3 hours later. Soon it will be time to say goodbye to Tara, Tim and Canada and fly to Stockholm for our next family ...
