      ... or something. Everything felt heavier. Damn.

      On the bright side I didn't gain 20 pounds. Turns out I actually lost 2 pounds! Ah so the magic to weight loss is to eat your ass off and not work out. Ah I joke...*sob*...remember muscle is heavier than fat...so I guess my muscle loss to fat gain ratio was slightly above 1.

      Time for the long journey back to fitness...

      ... gardens and suburban homes on big blocks of land and the beautiful birdsong. the so kindly we are seeing included chipmunks , rabbits, squirrels, gorgeous red cardinals, a delightful budgerigar sized. Bird lemon yellow with black head and lower wings, humming birds and the occasional dead deer. This area of Michigan apparently and sadly gets more dead deer than anywhere else in the USA due to the large number of both deer and cars)
