... trip met or exceeded all our expectations. We had some wonderful experiences and with the exception of our primary debit card being eaten by a Madrid ATM and getting colds the last 10 days or so, everything went as planned, even the weather cooperated without fail. Europe 2014, our longest trip away from home so far, only whet our appetite for new experiences to come. We'll savor it for the next month or so and then began to plan 2015. Another warm day but a little cloudy this morning. We woke up to the aroma of fresh coffee and ate with I and Klaas in the little alcove in the living room. We started with Homemade granola, yogurt and cream, Apple French toast and pumpkin cheesecake in shot glasses. Pretty yummy!! ... food was only so-so....I had the pulled pork sandwich which was quite ordinary.
