... Did not meet the Governor but did see his horse (see picture).
After the visit, we walked to the historic Brown Palace Hotel. This classic hotel was a must for Sally. She even treated the four of us to drinks and french fries in the Tavern Room of the Brown Palace. Not inexpensive but worth the experience.
Got back on the bus and took it near the REI store. Walked to where two rivers merge and observed several people swimming and enjoying ...
