    Great spot to stay the night

    Hotel rooms were recently renovated with new beds. Manager was quite helpful.

    ... and grandma. They are buried in the same cemetery, but far enough apart to ensure peace and tranquility for all those buried around them. I also got to see the final resting place of my aunt, Gloria Elaine Teasdale, who died as an infant. After the cemetery, we paid a quick visit to meet Kimmie's stepmother, then headed over to a local brewpub for a few beers before dinner.

    ... tasty, and they had a decent selection of bottled microbrews for us to try. We all ordered appetizers, and burgers or sandwiches for dinner. After we ate, Kimmie and Donnie came back to the KOA to check out our trailers, then headed off after making plans to rendezvous in the late morning for a lunch and to give Kimmie a chance to play tour guide.

    ... I made it to the right campground, a KOA, after a few false turns and construction zones. My GPS couldn’t locate what I was looking for, so it required a bit of guess work. I got set-up and went over to join the group and the first couple I met were from Indiana but originally from Powell River. How cool is that?

    ... headaches). Mike, being the incredible guy that he is, just kept driving until we reached Grove City. Then he set up camp and cooked dinner too. What a guy!
    He said that the trip was beautiful. He wished that he had taken a path that took him THROUGH Pittsburgh instead of around it, but he loved how the trees come right down to the pavement and they arch over the highway.
