    Hotel rooms were recently renovated with new beds. Manager was quite helpful.

    I followed secondary roads and the countryside wasn’t at all what I’d expected. There were lots of wetlands and acreages with huge uncultivated fields.     We are leaving Ohio today and heading northeast.
    Going through Ohio we went through Zanesville, named after Zane Gray. There is an exhibit here for him, but we didn't stop.     In the morning Livvy and I swam in a little hot tub surrounded by fake palms trees. Then got in the car and drove through Iowa, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio.
