... to Horsetooth. Shayne let me, angus, declan and olly to ride in the back of his ute as its legal in Fort Collins except the co ordinator kicked us out because she said its not legal in colorado. When I got to Vail the weather was fine - little misty, little rain. I thought if this is Vail Pass, I am in good shape. I remembered the German guy telling me there was "frost" on the pavement, especially in front of the tunnel. Hmmm, no tunnel in Vail and I had gone from the West entrance past the East entrance.
