... people walking the Camino and looks like it gives you a good feel of the Camino experience. We also managed to make our flight arrangements and finalize all our lodging and luggage transfers for the trip in the past few weeks. Finally! Today, we started Hewlett Gulch at about 9 am finishing shortly after noon. We did the loop this time which was a lot of 'up' and thank goodness for Diane and Zoey keeping me (Sue) going on all the 'up.' Not my favorite (meaning ...

... excited, New Orleans has been top of my list ever since I watched American Horror Story (where it was based) and learnt some of the cool witch/magic history!

A couple of weeks back I went to Red Rocks for the second time. It was a 'festical' called Rowdy Town where all these 'DJ's' play. The main group is called Big Gigantic (Big G) and they play kind of dance/ravey music. Not my favourite type but I was not passing the opportunity to go back to ...

The food was also better today; I got a little wrap! I made sure to eat as much as possible on the houses I knew I wouldn't join. I mean it's a long day and I was hungry!

After day 2, we put the houses we went to in order of the ones we want. Then comes monday evening, preference night. This was when we dress ...

We had breakfast at the RV park. They have a chuck wagon that offers very reasonable breakfast's and they also have pizza's for later in the day. This RV park has thought of everything for the campers. While having breakfast a yellow jacket stung me, darn it hurt. We head out to explore and check out the downtown area. Downtown is lovely. It has an old town character, lots of older conserved buildings, lots of craft, specialty, art shops ...

... through this same rental car agency, and no one showed up to deliver the car on the day she arrived.

A final note to make is that we weren't sure if the Denver Residence Inn would be charging us for parking our vehicle there while we were gone. In the past there has usually been some kind of minimal fee, such as $5.00/week, but this time they charged us nothing, which was a pleasant surprise

So, all ended well and we are already planning our next adventure!
