Back in Oklahoma for a night while we waited for more storms to come along. We checked out Salt Plains National Wildlife Refuge, it was really beautiful but they were in terrible drought so many of the migratory birds didn't come in this year. ... We play the 'who sang this' game, and she always beats me. She's so cool.

We've also decided that if we're going to be driving a big truck through Oklahoma, I'm going to need to get a cowboy hat. Nothing too heavy duty, just a nice formal driving hat so that I can tip it to people as they drive by. I don't want people to think I don't belong!
