    What an excellent day. The weather wasn’t perfect but that’s a good thing because who would want to be driving along the Blue Ridge Parkway when the clouds are so low you don’t have a view anyway?     It's hard to believe that in 48 hours I will be on a plane headed for my first European adventure that will be an approximate total of at least over 11,000 miles!
