          ... have to stay in side while Ron fuelled. This station had more motorcycle paraphernalia for Sturgis, SD than any truckstop I've ever seen. They had leather jackets, and chaps and all kinds of stuff. Shortly afterwards we passed through Crookstown which has the hiway go right through the main part of town and we typically stay in the curb lane to let others pass and to stay out of the way.           Well, we did go to beautiful Mackinac Island on the UP (Upper Pennisula as they say) in Michigan. The Upper Pennisula of Michigan is surrounded by Lake Huron, Lake Michigan and Lake Superior. Mackinac Island is accessible by ferry only and sits out in Lake Huron.
