... at a little restaurant called Sardi's and it is one I would definitely recommend if you are in Clemson. It shares a building with a place called Goobers. The food at Sardi's was very good and to make it even better the prices were reasonable.
As we were leaving one of our group signed the guest book and ended it with "Go Noles". There were 3 campers and when we left here, 1 went back to Tallahassee.
... and I had an incredible pasta dish. I tricked myself all week into thinking I was eating healthy and then just threw caution to the wind! I also had a ton of bread and quite a bit of good wine. Needless to say, I was the first to bed while "the boys" did who knows what. PS. Notice from the hotel window that the sun finally came out - the DAY WE LEFT!!!! ARGH! The trip back was uneventful. Got to the Sydney airport early. What a beautiful airport. I still can't get ...

This afternoon we finally got around to mowing the lawn. It's not that we are lazy. You see, it has been wet in Tallahassee lately. The original plan was to mow the lawn yesterday since Steele had the day off, but mother nature had other plans. Mother nature planned for us to mow the lawn this afternoon between afternoon showers. I sure hope that this is not an omen of what's to come.
... just over two miles in broken clouds and sunshine. We did see our first osprey in a while and a few eastern bluebirds. It was into the seventies with high humidity, as you can imagine. It's sunny now and in the low eighties. Great conditions for some more action tonight...in the weather sense, of course.

Today we awoke to warmer temperatures, but it was cloudy. We got an early start on our trip of nearly two hundred miles. We got gas at the cheapest price since we entered Florida.
The route, since we are going west and there are no Interstates was very circuitous. We'd drive twenty miles west, go north and again join the same highway. It happened over and over. But, it was good.
