The thunder and rain started again, but nowhere near as heavy as last eve. I got up at six and it settled down to just cloudiness by sunrise.

We got out for a nice walk on another Gopher Tortoise Trail. ...

Today we awoke to warmer temperatures, but it was cloudy. We got an early start on our trip of nearly two hundred miles. We got gas at the cheapest price since we entered Florida.

The route, since we are going west and there are no Interstates was very circuitous. We'd drive twenty miles west, go north and again join the same highway. It happened over and over. But, it was good.

We had rain for nearly the ...
