Today we drove through the heartland of the USA with Rhona's first cousin Eileen and her husband, David Voigt to their "lake house" in Mina, South Dakota. This morning we woke up at about 7:00 then Ben, Tommy and Pa went outside to ...
I had a terrible sleep last night in the hotel. The air conditioner in the room sounds like a jet engine with a hamster wheel thrown in to add the squeaking sounds. We weren't able to get the window open but decided to leave the AC off anyways. It got pretty hot and muggy in the room and then the dog started pacing around to go outside at about 5 am. I took him out and then stayed up for a couple of hours drinking tea in the dining room ...
