A journey begins long before takeoff. For us the journey began in the fall soon after school started. Ambassadors from last year's trip presented in classes and recruited students for this year’s group. Conversations were held with parents. Applications were completed. Interviews conducted. Acceptance letters received with joy and perhaps some trepidation—at least for the parents!

... to gym instructors in Yellowknife, I had no trouble keeping up or knowing the steps. The zumba classes were SO PACKED, even more than Yellowknife,! and the gym was just getting aircon installed.... ... was more than that. I was able to taste quite a few wines and not feel the effects. But we sure saw lots of people who felt the effects of the wine; loud disinhibited levity and then those who were a little sick! (or more than a little)
We tasted a bunch of wine, most of it not what I’d ever drink again but some not so bad and we did buy several bottles of wine.

I didn’t realize it was more of a sit-down restaurant than coffee/sandwich shop, but I am glad we went because it is a 100 percent vegetarian restaurant and everything on the menu looked awesome. I only ordered coffee because I wasn’t hungry and was trying to save some calories for later, but I certainly will go back!

Most of our stops in that direction comprised of the church and the dilapidated house of Aunt Oak less and Aunt West.
