... out we headed back into Phoenix and the traffic wasn’t too bad thankfully so we made pretty good time. I knocked up a quick pasta dinner and then we all flaked out and ended up in bed by 9:30. ... a tourist office to see if they had any postcards. They seemed to have a few which were pretty. I then talked to one of the people in the office about stops on the way to Phoenix & she mentioned a stop off the freeway past a state park that we were thinking about visiting. ... wear shops and I chatted with a local certified gunsmith that also entertained the tourists by robbing the train that went to the Grand Canyon on horseback. I asked about the procedures for purchasing guns in Arizona (not for me) and was shocked to find that residents could walk out with a new weapon within 20 minutes and the laws of Arizona allowed such to wear exposed guns without a permit.
