... Phew! Thankfully I did all of this before eating breakfast so I could actually relax and eat without being stressed of having to pack my things! I had blueberry pancakes, fruit and cereal for breakfast! It was so yummy. This morning I chatted to a couple from Kentucky! Yes- the equestrian state! Woo! ... place the blame for the bearing condition. There was no sign of any distress to the rear main crankshaft journal. There were a few radial markings in the journal but not out of the ordinary.
So what is this indicating? There is not enough information yet to make a determination if there even was a problem. I will continue to take the rest of the main bearings apart and check their condition over the next couple days. I ...

... but I had used the last of my stick at home and, once done, said to myself, "ok, go up stairs and get a new stick to bring with," but of course I started doing something else and, well... yeah, exactly)). I started to laugh each time I realized a new small item. I knew I had all the necessities (i.e. passport, camera, computer...) so I wasn't too worried (I knew Germany would have such small things such as q-tips (which I just found out is "Wattestäbchen" in German ...

... been great to unpack the truck and not have to think about climbing into the back to get something, but instead be able to open a drawer and pull it out. It is also nice not to be stared at for speaking differently or looking out of place. But it is sad not speaking Spanish, and not having tomorrow’s scenery be completely unknown. For now the road has ended, but it will keep going in the future and that is the best feeling of all.
