    ... though, bought me a new $30 pizza pan that will fit in our small convection microwave, a blueberry sour cream scone mix, and non-melting sugar to decorate brownies, etc. P.S. If you want to sell product, demonstrate making a gingerbread cake with ginger chips and offer samples with lemon curd. The bus was LOTS heavier headed back! King Arthur Flour is really fine stuff!

    ... sits in the midst of the rolling, forested hills along the Deerfield River.  But the real interest in this area is the Mohawk Trail. It began as a Native American trade route which connected Atlantic tribes with tribes in upstate New York and beyond.     Just over the border in Vermont, we passed through the quiet little village of Bennington. Specialty cafes, vintage shops, and beautiful churches should be on the brochure for this town. Huge trees shaded the sidewalks that were dotted with flower-filled urns. It personified a New England village.

    ... right near the climbing area. Their pizzas were sooo yummy. We went to this place two nights in a row and both times there was live music. What a lovely two evenings out. We celebrated over two beers that were served in Ball's canning jars. I wonder...who ever started the whole drinking out of canning jars?
