THANKSGIVING and ELTON!!!!!!!!
... concert, we had to get a taxi, because the metro is closed by 10:30 at night...lame...but we walked the streets for about 15 minutes before we got a taxi that would drive all the way back to Qibao to bring us home. The last 48hrs of life in Shanghai have been fun and exciting. I know there are so many more adventures to come and I hope you enjoy hearing about them. For now, enjoy some of the pictures. Last Days in China
... we would have had time for in our busy whirlwind trip.
That evening, we went to a Cirque du Soleil type show called "Era." It was fairly similar to Cirque, but I have to give the performers a lot of credit: they had to ensure their own safety as there were no nets and very few harnesses!

2.25 pm: Reached The Phoenix Hotel at 17 South Yunnan Road without any problems... because I took a taxi! Quite a challenge i'd say asking for help in Shanghai. Surprising.
