... Kansas finally ends and Colorado takes over. The "Welcome to Colorado" smell is powerful and lasting. SO MUCH MANURE!!! Of source we all accuse each other of being the cause. Laina hides her nose in her shirt until it fades. We stop in at the welcome center and they have baked Great American Cookies. Thank you, Colorado! (Maybe this is an apology for the smell?)
