Time zones are weird. I never thought about it until I started traveling. For example: in Minneapolis this weekend the sun was up by 6:30am and it was getting dark a little after 8pm. This morning in Bismarck the sun didn't break the horizon until about 7:15am, but it was light enough at 9pm that I still didn’t need a flashlight. ... the expressway is closed and there are large gates like at RR crossings to keep you out. Makes sense . . . Match snow with high winds an it could get ugly fast.
