Lake Carlyle I'll,Columbia, Independence and Rockport MO When we left KY we almost felt like we were leaving home. Having spent 10 days there we had made friends with quite a few people. We moved on to another COE campground at Lake Carlyle Ill. What a beautiful place. It is the largest man made lake in Ill. The drive through St. Louis was picturesque thanks to all the architecture of all the old buildings. Don't bother with the bypass, just drive right through the center of town.

... out they have a Scholarship Program for mission trips. I had to fill out an application stating why I needed the money and how this trip could benefit me.
