        Even our last trip to Alaska took us to areas and places we never intended in search of the stars and that elusive glow in the sky. The aurora.

        In the end, I couldn’t quite do it. My need for order, a plan, and security took over and I booked some nights. Oh well. If plans change, it’s only money!

        ... will pay off in addition to the parka on the nights that there actually is a wind chill, as most Fairbank residents we spoke with last year all believed that the "Real feel" was actually warmer than the actual temperature, a contrast to normal winters in Wisconsin. It still all comes down to warmers.
