6th-7th August Not a great deal to talk about after yesterday as it was a driving day, we drove from New Mexico into Texas, and drove down to San Antonio, a fairly uneventful drive. A well needed shower, followed by the customary end of day beer, by the pool (not used) and the time was already 22:00. We got back to the Park by about six and had a salad dinner. Lynn's recipe is one of my mom's and a favorite: Shrimp Salad with macaroni and sliced stuffed green olives. Mmmm, mmmm. Coupled with cole slaw it was a good-un.
