      ... in the back seat?

      We encountered some traffic due to construction, stopped for lunch but otherwise stayed on track. The landscape is beginning to roll more with hills and valleys and colours are changing. There is still a lot of pine but more hardwood. Blossoms are pink, purple, white and yellow. Forsythia is crazy good. When we reach the Smokey Mountains, Tony is in charge of the car and Robert the music.

      Great Smoky Mountain National Park was the focus of my trip to Knoxville this week. This was the first National Park I've ever visited that did not require an entrance fee, which was pleasantly unexpected.
