Today we drove to Cades Cove in Smoky Mountain National Park. Because it was through the mountains, the road was slow but picturesque. We stopped at a picnic area for lunch, then continued on towards the Cades Cove loop. Part way along the loop, we hiked to the Abrams Falls. About a 5 m hike ...

You were supposed to start only when there was sufficient space between you and the person in front. It was great fun, although a bit scary for me, since I am afraid of high speed and getting out of control. The rest of our family seemed to ...

... choir again, and Heather has been wonderful,, with her cheerful smiles as she sings,

Well, I have to get ready for services. Only one more choir song to sing, and that will be tomorrow. I am sure I will shed some tears tomorrow as I say goodbye to friends old and new, but that is why this is only a foretaste of the millennium - the real thing will be being with and working beside God's people all the time!!
