... with a host family and I will be able to take marine science courses while I am away as well as a cuisine class. I never knew how much planning it would take to prepare to live in another country for half a year and I have yet to pack my suitcase (which I am not sure how I will be able to fit everything I need into a suitcase for 5 months). Visited Whole Foods. Took a trip down the halls of PDS (far too nice), and then hung out at his house. We went to a Charlotte Knights game with his mom (his dad wasn't feeling well), which was super fun. Then we got dinner at a place with great biscuits, and just hung out some ...

I can't believe it has been six months!!! Six months? Really? It seems impossible. But it is true. We arrived back in the US on April 14th and we are about to leave again.

Upon our arrival we had rented a partially furnished Corporate apartment - and my mother, sister and niece had decorated it with our pictures we had stored and filled the cupboards with dishes and food. They brought towels and soap, bath mats and patio furniture. It was an amazing surprise to be so ...
