As we approached Lujiazui, the sky kept getting darker and darker. We walked along the roundabout above the street and took a few good pictures of all the magnificent towers just before the rain shower hit, and we had to take cover. ... red (lesser) pandas, it felt like we got swarmed by a pack of piranha's. Only these weren't actually piranha's but about 10,000 pre-school children! It didn't matter whether they were Chinese children or not, they were young, loud and excited kids! Getting caught in the middle of a group of hyperactive kids made jumping in a pool of piranha's a more attractive option. But we weren't in the middle of the Amazon so we ...
... forbiden city a guy aproched us and sold us a tour to the great wall and ming tombs for 25 bucks including enterance and lunch! Was a great deal.
The next day when we went on the tour we discovered everyone else having booked at there hotel or hostel paid up to 50 dollars or double what we paid for the same trip! We sure lucked out! The great wall was amazing, they made a chairleft to get up and then a tobogan run to get down which was super fun to go ...
