I'm immediately put off because as Jock informs me there's no boot space due to that's where they stick the roof for a convertible.     ... we had lunch at the diner across the car park. We found that every Wednesday night is bike night in Beale Street with around 500 bikes taking over the street. Beale Street is only 2-3 blocks and it is barricaded off and only bikes can enter. There is literally thousands of people in the street, every second shop is a bar/restaurant with bands and singers doing their stuff, working for tips only. There is a constant rumble of bikes along side the thumping ...

    ... starting their own shops, lawyers, doctors etc as they weren't too welcome in segregated downtown Memphis. Now it's home to Blues bars, museums, shops and restaurants. Oh and one Irish pub......
