Very polluted today, although the sun is trying to break through, and at least the rain has stopped.

We decided to get the ferry across the Yangtze and visit Hubuxiang Food Street for noodles again, and then try and get to the Baolong Temple.

Our stop before we returned to the boat was at a village where a performance was put on by the locals. Our guide was very informative. Both about the area and her personal situation. Her family had to move when the area was flooded by the construction of the dam. Compensation was given ...

On our arrival in Wuhan we were greeted by Anna's parents and her cousin who’s name is Adam (although I never remember being told this, we all called him Hao Hao, his Chinese name). We got the underground to the area where Anna’s grandparents live and dropped our belongings off at the hotel. Then after freshening up a bit we ventured to meet the Fang Family (this is Anna’s extended family on her mother’s side). They lived in a very ...
