One thing I can’t imagine... is carting a vessel of water... say 5 gallons... that’s close to 50 lbs. up a ladder 75-100 ft up a wall... into the castle and then up maybe a couple more ladders to the level wanted... or hauling wood up for fires... yet they did it... ...
