3 1/2 hours at Graceland and we are pretty much Elvis-ed out. It was everyone's first visit, except for Scott who had been once before.

His taste in home furnishings can be questioned but it's impossible to look at the rows of gold records, awards, fan mail, and flowers (which he still gets today!) and not be a bit awestruck.

After the ducks we headed back to the hotel to check in and chilled for a bit then back out for dinner. We stayed downtown and ate at the Majestic Grille on Main. We didn't manage to take up any of the great recommendations Don & Lisa gave us - too much sightseeing to fit in with the girls. We'll have to come back again.

Tomorrow we are off to Greenville but before leaving we will go to Mud ...

... Next stop was sun studios for those who wanted to go inside, Shannon and I just got a photo in front of it and got back on the bus and made our way to the Lorraine hotel. The Lorraine hotel is where Martin Luther king jr was assassinated. They have been trying to kick out everyone who lived in this hotel and there is a lady who once lived there who protests out the front every single day since the day she was kicked out many many years ago.
