It was about 11 a.m. when we arrived in the Everglades terminal in Fort Lauderdale. We have done many cruises with Celebrity so are Captain's Club elite members. This smoothed our embarkation and by 11:30 we were sipping complimentary champagne on-board.

It always amazes me how they can have over 3000 passengers disembark in the morning while
still being ready for another 3000 to embark in ...

... these. Rather than putting the beer in kegs and serving it that way, the large serving vessel tanks were plumbed directly to the bar. This is a very cool feature! I'm surprised more place don't do this, and if they do, why i hadn't noticed before!

Overall, this is a very nice place with very average beer.

... Cell towers are everywhere and satellite dishes are on most homes. ATM's are everywhere, and on one street, I counted nine on one block. Signs in the Turkish language are being replaced with English words. Words like gaz for gas and otel for hotel have entered their vernacular.

Well, after months of planning we are finally at the airport. We had to arrive 3 hrs early for our international flight because we had to make sure there were no problems with the bikes. Our son, Dan has been a tremendous help outfitting our bikes for this trip. There weren't any problems checking the bikes in but, we did have to pay a extra $65 for our third bag.
