... the activity. Steve and I looked after Aiden while Larissa had a play date. We had a lovely long walk this afternoon enjoying the sun. We stopped for a Starbucks iced coffee. Today was a trip to a State Park about 1 hour's drive north of Coppell. Whilst most of the drive was along freeways we passed through farming country with horse ranches and cattle before entering the park. Ray Roberts Lake State Park has a 29000 acre reservoir supporting many water activities. The weather was nice and sunny but the wind kept it cool - about 16. ... micks first rule! Headed off to Dallas.  Not much to see I've got to say. Big flashy buildings and not a lot of character. It was cold - freezing! Found a recommended tex mex restaurant for lunch! El Fenix, must say old el paso probably is better! Checked out the 6th floor museum at Dealy Plaza, in other words, the school book depository from which JFK was assassinated.  Fascinating!  Still evokes incredible emotion from locals and ...
