We stopped at a road side turn off where we have been many times in the past. It was to be our last meal before reentering the 'Rat Race'. We are 1/2 an hour from home at this point!!!
It has been a great trip and planning the next already!! It has been great sharing our trip with everyone. We experienced some problems with pinning our route so it looks like we were all over the place, in fact we really were!!!! Till next time!
... but we kept ourselves amused! Thursday started out with rain, but not for long. Cleared up late morning and the sun came out and schorched us again. Went down for a swim and the water was a lot cooler. Payed some more cards, went for a walk and relaxed! Had a nice fire and enjoyed our last night. Eddie alerted us to the raccoon creeping up behind his daddy! Friday morning was beautiful, but sad to have to pack up. See you soon ...

Today we gifted Matt with Marmite (a
small token for all the help he's been to us here in Toronto) and
headed out. We mainly needed to do laundry so went to a campground
south of Ottawa (In Johnstown) which is our next stop. The Grenville Park Campground

Cell service good 3 bars Privacy good, flat and lots of shade Arrived Friday, no issues. Weather was nice, a bit cool at night. Set up, had a nice fire and a few drinks! ... in this house. Dogs, cats, toys, and busy lives all compete for their attention, but clearly family comes first. We felt very privileged to join all the fun and games, and be welcomed as special family members. We had another fun night with more wood hauling, a bonfire, more fabulous fireworks and star gazing.
