        Driving east along the Upper Peninsula, we drifted away from the very rural areas for a bit more civilization. There are stores and services geared to fishermen and hunters, as well as boaters. In the winter, this will be a hot spot for ice fishing and snowmobiling.

        ... Lincoln Presidential Library. There is little to see in the library, but the adjacent museum has many exhibits. We will tour the museum tomorrow.         Day 2 from St Louise to Springfield. Some 320 miles all the way Weather in the 90's and clear blue ski. Perfect vision, but very hot for riding conditions We had a fab time in St Louis.
